The inn “Zum Kronprinz”
During his sojourn in the summer of 1772, Johann Wolfgang Goethe often lunched here in the inn “Zum Kronprinz.” He belonged to a group of young lawyers who fancied themselves a Rittertafel, or Knights of the Table. Goethe himself bore the name Götz the Fair.
